  • The app is a personal place journal. You can save places, photos, ratings, dates, notes, venue websites, phone numbers and location details on your device.
  • There is no app account and no separate sign-up.
  • If iCloud is enabled, your journal can sync through your own iCloud account. Apple provides that service.
  • The app developer does not receive your places, photos or notes.
  • The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.
  • If you email support, the support team receives the information you choose to include.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Come Back One Day iOS app and emails you send about the app.

It does not cover Apple’s operation of iCloud, Maps, Photos, the App Store or your device, or websites and apps you choose to open from a venue link, map action or share action.

2. What is not collected through the app

Based on the app’s current behaviour:

  • No app account is created for you.
  • The developer does not receive your saved places, photos, notes, ratings, visit dates, map pins, venue websites or phone numbers.
  • The app contains no advertising.
  • The app contains no analytics or tracking.
  • Personal information is not sold or rented.

Apple’s App Store privacy label currently reads Data Not Collected. This is developer-declared information about data collected through the app. Apple may separately process information when you use Apple services.

3. Information the app stores for you

You may save place names, addresses, map coordinates, categories, photos, ratings, visit dates, notes, venue websites and phone numbers on your device. You control this content and can edit or delete it in the app.

If you allow location access, the app can use your location to tag a place or use your current location. It is used for the feature you requested and is not sent to the developer.

Quick Camera photos can also be saved to your Photos library if you allow Photos access.

4. iCloud

If iCloud is enabled for the app, your places can sync across your iPhone and iPad through your Apple Account.

  • There is no separate cloud login.
  • Apple provides iCloud, and Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply.
  • The developer does not receive a copy of your journal because it synced.

If iCloud is off, your journal remains on that device, apart from anything you separately save to Photos or choose to share. You can manage the app’s iCloud access and data in iOS Settings.

5. Permissions

iOS displays system permission requests. You can change them later in Settings → Privacy & Security.

Location

Location supports map features, including tagging a place and using your current location. If you decline, you can still search for or enter a place.

Camera

Quick Camera needs camera access. If you decline, you can still add a place without taking a new photo.

Photos

If the app saves a photo to your Photos library, iOS asks for the relevant permission. You can decline and still keep photos inside the app.

6. Sharing you choose

Sharing happens only when you choose it. A shared place can include a photo, place details and a map link. Anyone you share with can see what you include.

Opening Apple Maps, a venue website, a phone number or another service means you are using that service and its privacy policy applies.

7. Apple services

The app can display maps, search for places, fill in addresses and open Apple Maps for directions. Apple operates Maps, iCloud, Photos and the App Store.

Read Apple’s Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms of Service.

8. Support email

If you email mike.n.jee@gmail.com, the support team receives the message and any attachments or device details you include.

That information is used to reply and help diagnose, fix or improve the app. Support addresses are not added to a marketing list because someone asked for help.

Support email is carried by your email provider and Gmail. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate support record or meet a legal obligation.

9. Advertising, analytics and tracking

In the app: no advertising, analytics or tracking.

On this privacy page: no website analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts run.

10. Children

Come Back One Day is a personal travel and places journal. It is not directed at children and is not a Kids Category app.

The app does not knowingly collect children’s app-journal information because journal data is not collected on a developer server. Parents and guardians can manage device permissions and Screen Time through iOS.

11. Security

Your journal is protected by the normal iOS app sandbox and by the passcode, Face ID or Touch ID you use on your device. iCloud security is Apple’s responsibility under Apple’s terms.

No device, email inbox or cloud service is perfectly secure. The developer does not hold a copy of your journal to reset or recover for you.

12. Access, correction and deletion

  • Access and correct places, photos and notes in the app.
  • Delete a place in the app.
  • Manage the app and its iCloud data through iOS Settings.
  • Delete separately saved photos from Photos if you also want them removed from that library.

Shared copies another person has already saved remain under that person’s control.

To ask about support email, write to mike.n.jee@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”.

13. Overseas processing

The app journal is not disclosed overseas because the developer does not receive it.

Apple may process information used by iCloud, Maps or Photos in countries where it operates. Google and its service providers may process a support email outside Australia.

14. Complaints

Email mike.n.jee@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy complaint”. Explain what happened, but do not include passwords.

The complaint will be reviewed and answered within a reasonable time. Where Australian privacy law applies, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

15. Changes

If the app’s privacy practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated. The App Store privacy information will also be updated when required.
